we might not have the wired lady, but now we can have the stories of the retainers. I told you our cases were very similar and you would be done soon. I got mine off 3/23/09 and here you are 1 month later. Congrats! Very excited for you, but I can not wait to here your rendition of the removal and the retainer life. I personally hate retainers, but ortho has assured me that I would get used to them!

You won't believe how smooooth your teeth will feel! The retainers are a bummer for talking for at least three days, but it gets better (not perfect, but better) and you won't have to use those threaders to floss!! Life's little pleasures. Just wear the retainer at night forever. Congrats!

I'm happy to hear that your soon have your de-bracing. I actually had the same news from my dentists (Memphis-based). They told me that my braces will soon be out in less than 5 months. I just hope Memphis dentists can make it a little earlier.
I got my them taken off, my braces in Merrillville, IN and it felt so great! Good luck with yours!
